nichos 0 Posted March 3, 2018 Hi, I installed successfully a Sannke model DE41N1T. Motion Detect & EMail work fine but I cannot get the DVR connection to my SONY Experia phone. Their Technical staff are extremely helpful & painent, but, whatever they advise to enter in XMeye is not accepted giving error 00009. Once loaded click on local log in at bottom left then go to add device in top right Name it then scan the qr code from your pc screen by just clicking the qr code on the app and see if it connects Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

nichos 0 Posted March 3, 2018 Yes but nothing happened, asked to install it on my PC, opened it & the only thing I thought to try is "transfer" but, it was only for phone to phone. Don't be stupid It's the same app as you have been using just with a uk p2p For a start why did you try to load on a PC ..... Link I sent was for you phone For your PC you just go to Xmeye.net no app needed Why can people not do a simple task If you had followed my instruction from the start it will work ..... tomcctv 190 Posted March 3, 2018 Also you have registered your unit with Xmeye server and as you can see next to were it says home it is on a China P2P It give home in Chinese..... But you have a problem now as you have left all your info .... So you will need to setup your recorder manually and not use the S/number Here I am on your login.
