My camera seems to be working okay, but it's not recording any footage, and when I access playback I get the message Playback failed - No matched record file. As far as I know none of the settings have been altered so not sure what's causing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I need to do please. It's a HikVision Camera. jeromephone 6 Posted March 25, 2018 make sure that the onboard storage is enabled also. I have had some problems with setting up the motion detection also.
