Looking for Security Camera suggestions

I am looking for a system with wireless cameras that can be constantly recording to a hard drive on the network, but also accessible from the internet. I don't want it to be always broadcasting through the internet though because I use a 4G internet plan for my internet.

Just a quick point; I don't know enough to make recommendations but a wireless camera is still partly wired as you'll need to plug it in to the power; don't forget.

Another point, wireless cameras are not a good idea because of interference.

If you are not accessing the cameras from outside the network, you will not use your 4g.
