tomcctv 190 Posted March 12, 2018 Hi. Get your money back from eBay. Gray market means not a hikvision....... And as from January this year gray market hik is done with .. It's useless paperweight You can't use any of the new hik software or firmware and you can only get help from aurtherised hikvision as well as firmware and password reset. Big learning curve......
