Hikvision NVR/IP Camera - send alert to network device

Hello

Is there any way hikvision NVR can send alert to any network device?

 

i want to integrate motion trigger with my crestron automation.

 

Crestron application can set to listen incoming alert from IP camera or NVR, but i don't know how to set Hikvision NVR or IP camera to send alert to network device.

 

Someone told me that NVR can send alert containing it's IP number and alert signal to network devices, and listening device can act accordingly.

most NVRs have a relay block for contacts either to start recording on alarm from another device like a security system or trigger another device when motion is seen on the camera.

but how it can send trigger over IP network to other network device?

Axis IP camera has this. It can send TCP/IP motion alert to any network device.

It allows to specify port, IP and message to be sent.

 

How it can be done on Hikvision?

the contact closure would not be sent over IP you would need a pair of wires to send or receive the NO/NC signal the alarm panel or other device.
