Amcrest HD-CVI 4-Channel Security DVR

TOTALLY new to most of this. I received the Secureity DVR this morning. Right now, I only have 2 cameras. They are working just fine.

 

However, when I set to "TOUR", I get a full screen of each of the 2 working cameras, and then a 4-shot with 2 working and 2 black screens.

 

How do I make the 4-pic shot go away in the TOUR mode? I have tried everything, but obviously not!
