flybywire 0 Posted April 11, 2018 Hi, can anyone help, the mouse keeps freezing on my hikvision dvr at least twice a day, i have tried it in the port on front and rear port makes no difference, i have tried another known working mouse and exact same issues, i have to shut down and reboot between 1-5 times every time, i wish i had of bought a decent make dvr this thing has multiple issues Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tomcctv 190 Posted April 11, 2018 Hi. Welcome to the world of hikvision DVRs DS 7200 models are giving everyone problems . Remove one camera from the back and see if you have the same problem. If so then your only option is to return it. What has happend to the days when you buy a dvr/ NVR and cameras fit them and have years of trouble free problems Hikvision comes with problems from day 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
