Pelco Spectra III Camera Not Working

In our worship space we still use two Pelco Spectra III cameras. Recently we're unable to control one of the cameras. We've cycled the power and even swapped the two cameras. Both cameras work in one of our dome mounts but neither will worth in the other mount where we have been having the trouble. Any thoughts?

Check your RS485 (data wire) behind the back box of the dome housing

 

Are you using a matrix switcher?

Is your protocol coaxitron?

make sure your PTZ dip switch addressing is correct.
