Pelco Spectra IV SL Dome Drive (23x) ?? - comments?

Anyone care to comment on these two PTZ cameras - a little bit older but I have been offered them at a very good price. One is a Pelco DD427X and one is a Pelco DD423-X Speed Dome. I know they are older but I see they are still for sale on the net new for over 1k per each. Intended use is on a small analouge system using a Pacom PDRH-16-RT DVR.

 

Any comments and or experience with these. Likes/dislikes? Comparisons? Peeves?
