rory 0 Posted June 13, 2004 I am making software that emulates the buttons on the DVR, remotely. Still in development, some buttons dont work. Record does and is ueful incase it has been turned off record, and you want to remotely turn it back on to record. For example, the DSR-1000/2000's require the DVR to be in record mode to acess live video remotely, so unless it is in record mode you will connect live but see no video. I still have some more hex commands to program into it and will work on the menu system so you can change certain menu items. It would be nice to actually see what the monitor is seeing, but cant figure out how I would do that, without adding an extra camera to look at the monitor. Anyone interested in testing it please PM or email me. Because of the power of the software, it will only be available as a custom app with the IP embedded into the software.
