High Quality Equiv of Nest IQ Outdoor Cam

Hi,

 

i'm looking for some advice on a high spec camera to be the equivalent of the Nest Outdoor IQ. I usually fit Hik and would like to stick with Hik if possible.

 

Specs:

Face Recognition.

Smart motion alerts that know the difference between a person and a bug in front of the camera.

10x Zoom with auto tracking.

 

It has a 4k sensor but only does video in 1080p 30FPS. Does anyone know if this usual for an 8MP cam? Do they only stream 4k at lower FPS?

 

I have customers that are seeing the Nest specs and asking for equiv without the subscription and cloud recording.
