larme1935 0 Posted May 27, 2018 Hi everyone, i had a commun probleme here... i have buy a DVR SAM-1989 but the user and password was losted buy owner :/ How i can erase memory or reflash the software ? i have try superpassword and code calculator at the time of the device but nothing. i have try to remove CMOS battery but nothing ( only the date and time reset ) i have try to disconnect 1TO HDD but the user still here. and telnet with eth cable dosnt work any idea ? someone had the number for support ?
