captmotorcycle 0 Posted May 27, 2018 I have a ZOSI ZR16QKK00 16 Camera system. Recently (I cannot remember when it started) I get an "Invalid Password" error when I try to login to the ZOSI view app when not on my home network. If I am home, the cameras work great from the phone app. No matter what I do, I keep getting the invalid password error. I tried resetting the password, factory resetting the DVR, Factory Resetting my Router, I set a DHCP reservation and forwarded ports 80, 5000, and 5001, I set up DDNS on the DVR, I moved the DVR from a switch to directly in the back of the router (didn't change anything), and I even plugged the DVR directly into my cable modem. Still invalid password. I use the same password to login directly on the DVR interface on the TV. I reached out to ZOSI support, but their customer service does not appear to understand me. They keep telling me to change the password, which I have done. Any ideas on what is causing this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
