soopaman15 0 Posted May 29, 2018 I work for a business that is receiving quotes for a new CCTV system. The two quotes received are (Avigilon 3MP Cameras) and Dahua 4MP camera system. A quick search shows that Avigilon is a superior product, but is it really necessary. System design has 16 cameras (8 indoor/8 outdoor) with a 64TB DRV. The Avigilon System is being quoted at $30000, but the Dahua System is around $16000. Interested to hear your thoughts and opinions on these two systems. Hi. 8 way system 16k or 30 k ....... both stupid prices. But more information is needed ... what type of business do you have ? The high prices could be related to what the systems can do ....if your a hight stock business or money outlets such as a bank.
