Issue with decoder video wall (IVMS 4200- Hik Vision)

Hi all,

 

I am having issue with Video wall client software. The issue is the live-view freezes on multiple display. I did 1:7 display on a screen with multiple cameras. but unfortunately, all the times the display lags on few display.

 

Any solution on this, that how will I be able to play all the displays with out any lags.

Not really up on this product but is this on a PC running the software. If so it could well be the PC needs more memory. processing power or a better video card. What are the specks of your system
