bertbuckie 0 Posted June 25, 2018 Hi all, sorry to introduce myself like this but I am having an issue at one site with a vista plus qnvr. It seems a disgruntled ex-employee left and changed all the passwords on the system.... but we need data from it for a police investigation! I would prefer a password reset, but does anyone know if these are encrypted recordings? I am a bit out my depth as these are fairly new systems at work and I am used to analogue. Haggis!! 0 Posted June 27, 2018 Good new that you got in to it. I checked my notes and unfortunately I don’t have the info.
