I have Problom in Samsung Camera quality

I have fixed two Samsung dvr's and cameras in two different places and they are same model number for dvr's and cameras:

first location is good view without any issue

and the second location cameras not clear as showing in screen

 

so I don't know where exactly the problem : any help please
