Coastbuster 0 Posted July 6, 2018 I have a 3 mp 8 camera nightowl system. The android app for my phone works great but the app for PC works after downloading and opening,but has a black screen after reopening. Nightowl support says to run as administrator. App will only open with the "OPEN" command not run as admin. Anyone have the same problem? This is a nightowl issue but tech support has people with accents that I can hardly understand. Coastbuster 0 Posted July 6, 2018 I figured it out with help from Nightowls site chat. You right click on the Nightowl X icon and click properties. Then in the compatibility tab check the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" BOX. Click apply and exit properties. Double click on the Nightowl icon and it will work. Problem solved.
