I'm wonder for Ethernet Cable with various specification and brands can display different

video quality

 

also Cable's, Switch and NVR can effect

 

 

any one can inform us

you probably will not be able to tell the difference between cat 5, or six. the next generation of cameras and equipment may require the higher grade cable. also cat 6 is sometimes 23 ga which should have a higher current carrying ability. I would run the highest grade of cable, Solid copper not cca and keep it within length limits. I doubt that brands make any difference except that the jacket material may make the cable easier to pull or offer weather or fire resistance.

also it depends on bandwidth of MHz

some of ethernet cables (cat6) has functionality 250MHz and I really prefer use 350MHz or more for transfer video
