shemikannur 0 Posted July 18, 2018 when I do setting up for mobile viewing after reinstall my IVMS4200 from my mobile while scanning QR Code it saying other user is already added this device how to solve this issue. my DVR showing it is in online. unable to add device in my mobile. please help.
