colkurtz 0 Posted August 10, 2006 I am helping to put together a system for a 1000 person concert venue/pool hall/ bar. We need a 32 camera system. I have examined a Dedicated Micros system, and have decided that PC based route would work better. I have built many PC’s in the past, but never one to be used as a DVR. I would like advice on what card to buy? We are looking to record 3 frames a second on all 32 cameras. We need a high quality image, lots of storage, and a user friendly interface. I am working with someone that knows the camera end pretty well; I am in charge of making a decision about the DVR. Any suggestions? Thanks 1 million. VST_Man 1 Posted August 10, 2006 take a look at http://www.video-insight.com I install them. 32 camera's will require a powerful dual core so plan to buy the best when you finally make your decision.
