maurilt 0 Posted August 18, 2018 Hi. Today I got a new Dahua XVR 5116 DVR. At the beginning everything worked fine, initial settings, etc. Then when i try to change the resolution of the 16 cameras to 1080p from the menu the DVR begins to restart and then start going from camera to camera in the different modes of visualization and another rare thing is that the mouse does not respond or pointer appears . What I can do? I try to reset it by unplugging it (since it does not have shutdown or reset buttons) and nothing has changed. It goes from camera to camera and does nothing else. Securame 0 Posted November 20, 2018 You started a tour. No mouse? Plug another monitor (so you have both VGA and HDMI). Or just access the device from a computer (Internet Explorer or SmartPSS) and reset it to default. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
