I need Help!!!! (Note the Capital 'H')

 

I have a Aprica DVR 4 channel. Set a new admin password. unfortunately after week 2 of using the device, the password no longer worked. …...or I forgot it. Any idea how I can reset the password?

 

Please help soonest.
