ACCOUNT LOCKED !! H.VIEW DVR

Hello

 

I am having a problem with my H.view DVR, the account wont unlock and shows a message saying "system is maintaining, Contact installer" I have contacted H.view support in hope they could help and supply a password but they were no help to me what so ever. I have tried opening the unit and removing the battery and this has no effect i have tried it multiple times and also have tried most password like 0000,00000 1234, 12345, Admin..

 

If anyone can please help that may have experience on how to reset a H.VIEW DVR or what may the master password be, there is no buttons on the device nor do i have the remote. It does not seem to work by removing the battery for several minutes.
