Remote access issue

I can get into the login page on my DVR but after logging either locally on my PC with the DVR ip address or remotely on my phone with my ip address, I just get a blank screen with a listing of my cameras on the left. When I select a camera, nothing shows up.

Hi XMEye is the software...... delete the program from your pc and right click on the program and select run as administrator

 

You also need app XMEye for you mobile devised .... best way is to select guide in your dvr menu and follow the instructions

Have been using Xmeye that works ok on local network and has also been set up for "mobile monitor" with mobile port

Ports have been forwarded as usual.

If I can get into the login page remotely with the ip address, I would guess that the port is open.

Did you run program as administrator?

 

Or just enter dvr ip into your browser

Not sure what is meant by "program". Which program?

I will also post some pics of Port Forwarding, and DVR input for review in a little while

Hi. You don’t need to port forward ...... you only need to use dvr ip in your browser

But you need to load as administarator

Are you talking about my PC browser or device browser?

My problem is on my device for remote viewing not local.

 

 

You seem to be confusing your own problem.

 

We can only work on what you post.

 

Your last post is different to your first post on this post.

 

If you have noble access then all you need is the serial number from the app on your mobile device

I may have the wrong forum.

 

 

If you don’t give the right info or answer basic questions ... who’s fault is it you get nowhere

 

 

If you follow the basic guide on your dvr menu it sets it up for you.

 

If you add another port you can use all dahua apps and software

It’s only you that makes it hard for yourself

Maybe you have to install the Active X plugin?

Access these cameras with IE browser, it will let you to install the Active X plugin, download and install it, then restart the page, maybe this will work.
