redbond 0 Posted September 28, 2018 Hello all, I need some help, i have a 4CH Full D1 DVR from my client and i'm having trouble access the recordings because the client lost the remote and the front panel with buttons (MENU,ENTER,LIST,PLAY) won't work. I notice a lock on the up right corner that says "Key Locked" is there any way i use like a smartphone as a remote or something else ? Or unlock the front panel. . . Thank you all. tomcctv 190 Posted October 2, 2018 Hi. It depends on type of dvr. But some avtech ........ If you power down for 20mins then press and hold the menu button while you power the dvr back up it will take you to menu.
