Problem on my CCTV about time, Need solution.

I have noticed that the time on the CCTV screen is not right, i already configured the time to correct it. But when i return to see the time again later, it is not again set to the correct time. So i monitored how the time moves, and i saw that the minutes is moving without the seconds not reaching 60 seconds.

Our CCTV system is not Enabled. I already restart the DVR and tried plug it out on the power socket. nothing works. All the settings is right.

Is that still the problem if i dont turnoff my dvr? it runs 24/7. what does the battery at the mainboard do?
