Johnny_x 0 Posted October 26, 2018 Hello everybody! We plan step by step change old analog cameras to Ip cameras. But now was may be is cheap solutions how analog cameras transfer to new NVR. Now we have 16 analog cameras connected to 2 PC via PCI card. Last week 1 camera goes dead, After consulting I was a decision change all system to IP based system. (please don't tell about hybrid NVR, why? Because just now all system is splitted in 2 zones and 2 pcs, I don't like that) And Those system is totally old and upgrade not effective) Few days a go I was install first IP camera and new NVR (Hikvision DS-7600 (16ch)) and me was born idea, transfer old cameras in to stream and transfer to new Hikvision NVR, of course if is possible (this solution is only time solution, when works old cameras, I don't changes all cameras once) what I looking? software who convert analog camera signal in to stram, which is understood Hikvision NVR and transfer to new NVR thank you sorry about my english

That is totally the wrong information Best way is to go hybrid if still using old cameras. You can go with encoders but that is just wasting your money with a hybrid now will take old analog and cvi- tvi- IP. Cvi and tvi is upto 5mp now and analog HD is a lot cheaper replacing a analog camera than what it is for a encoder

Second, now cameras is split to 2 different zones and pc , where is connected cameras, stay in separate place. Now for view cameras, use 3th pc, and I don't like it, because made decision change all system and my questions is about only time solution and last one, I looking forward to the future ok just now analog cameras is little bit reborn, but future is IP systems finally is most cheaper

And if you use a hybrid hikvision dvr and with your new hikvision NVR you only need hik VMS to have all on 1 PC
tomcctv 190 Posted October 26, 2018 what I looking? software who convert analog camera signal in to stram, which is understood Hikvision NVR and transfer to new NVR And again do away with your PCs that run capture cards and use a hybrid instead. Is the cheapest option. Or just use hikvision encoders but that is a waste of money
