Problem Seeing Cameras via my computer

I have a VPN set up on my router. My ip address is different but shouldn't internal ip addresses be the sameHow does that affect remote viewing and control of the DVR and IP cameras? Config Tool isn't seeing anything and manual add doesn't produce any results.

 

DVR and cameras are Dahua. Thanks.
