SPRO CCSS software - Can't playback video? NETSDK error

Hi,

 

First post here.

 

I have cameras at setup in different cities and use SPRO CSS software to remote view the all cameras,

 

But when I try playback the videos to an earlier time for any of the sites I get "Failed to start playback. NETSDK returns error" ??

 

I thought it maybe was an issues with particular site but then I get the error will all my other cameras?

 

 

Any ideas?
