jupiter1 0 Posted November 13, 2018 One of my Hikvision Turret camera is no longer appearing on my mobile app since the firmware update on my NVR. I've tested this on multiple phones and the iPad. I can view this camera in the app when in playback mode and I can also view this camera in Live Mode when accessing the NVR through a browser on my laptop. This camera appears to be identically configured as another Turret camera and this behaves correctly. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone has on this.
