scolly 0 Posted November 14, 2018 hi this is really bugging me a friend of mine has spent a lot of money on hikvision ip cameras but the problem he is having is the image is blurry and when doing playback its really poor and blurred . the still image is top quality and after messing and increasing the shutter speed we can now pause an image and its clearish but the video image in live view is poorer , has anyone else had this issue or do you know what to do to fix it ? .
