CT 0 Posted August 17, 2006 Hi, posting this here as I'm looking for some info on the cameras we have at my work. They are the following Panasonic WV-BP314 I found some info that looks like they have 570 horizontal lines of resolution, also that its a .08 LUX at F1.4. Now, thats all well and good but I know this camera has been discontinued. Are they too old or are they still a good camera. I just upgraded to a Geo GV-1480 and next I will be adding and/or replacing cameras, will probably add a few and replace a few if needed. Just wondering if newer cameras will heavily outperform these. I may keep these for general ovservation cameras and put in the new ones where we would need shots to actually try and be able to ID a person etc... Thanks for any help
