Hikvision - Viewing remotely over 4G

Hi,

 

Please could somebody assist? I've got a Hikvision DVR and 2 cameras.

 

I can’t get access remotely via iVMS app anymore. Please see attached screenshots of the current configuration.

 

Any assistance would be great thank you in advance.

Here's what I've setup on my router
