How do i slave a DVR to access information in the slave from the master

I have a CCTV set up with the DVR in a room and a remote view on TV in another room. I want the remote view to be able to enlarge certain cameras from their TV though the DVR is not in that location, how do I achieve this?

Its possible only via internet. If your dvr suppport p2p tech.
