dicsan1001 1 Posted December 31, 2018 (edited) Hello Tony tiger, the best i think you can do is connect that cameras on a regular network with dhcp and then search for the camera in the network subnet, to search if the camera pickup an IP address on that segment. if you can't find the camera by doing a search of the ips in the subnet, then the only way you have is with a tool of the manufacturer which will find the camera on a level 2 communication (MAC). Also you can use the camera manual and begin the procedures as a new cameras by doing a factory reset. tomcctv 190 Posted December 31, 2018 Hi. If you have only done reset on your NVR then don't touch camera settings. go into network settings on your NVR and check the subnet is 255.255.255.0 some resets put it to 255.255.255.255 and that won't work unless your cameras are set the same.......but a reset won't reset your camera settings
