cctv cam giving out red and blue image

hi guys i will appreciate some advice on this one.  three of my pelco cams are giving out the screen in the picture. they are all connected to different encoders and network. as the other cams on the encoder are working fine i think it has to do with the camera itself. will appreciate some advice on how to deal with this.

can you plug it into a port on the encoder you know is properly functioning so we can isolate it at the camera?

I tried connecting it to the other encoders that work fine but still get the same red and blue output

Hi Daniel, 

 

This image indicates that the camera head/sensor is faulty. I’ve typically seen this red/blue screen on Verint encoders.
