The cameras won't do what you want, the DVR might keep you happy if you've never seen anything else, but most importantly, what are you going to do when the system breaks down 6 months from now? Who are you going to call? Who is going to service the system? Who is going to troubleshoot. Buy a system from a security company. They won't sell you a bundled system because everybodies application is different. They will custom build you a system. spend your money right, the first time!
