Hikvision TURBOHD camera to non Hikvision DVR

Hello to everyone,

 

I have an offer to buy some HIKVISION DS-2CE16D0T-IRP3.6M 2MP HD1080P TURBO HD at good price.

But I will connect them to non Hikvision DVR. Will I have problem because they are TURBOHD cameras? I haven't bought again TURBOHD cameras.

I assume because they are switchable TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS, I will have no problem. Is that right?

Depends on the DVR.

Most manufactures only allow you to use their camera brands on their DVR's

I was having a recording problem with my Hikvision Turbo DVR 7208. 
The installer took away the Hikvision DVR and temporarily replaced it with a Longsee DVR
(until the Hikvision DVR is returned from the supplier).
All 5 of the Hikvision cameras are working fine with the Longsee DVR.
