problem on the Panasonic joystick wv cu 950

Hi good morning

I have a problem with the operation of the camera joystick type WV CU - 950, there are 2 PCs connected to one DVR, 
when operating the joystick, only PC 1 runs normally, pan tilt zoom, but on pc 2 the functions on the joystick do not 
run at all. Only pan and tilt function. And the zoom, wiper, etc functions don't work, it should work, because the two 
computers are stand alone,
