JazzyJay 0 Posted February 4, 2019 Hi All, I am having some issues streaming the video from my AVTech AVC706H over my LAN on the same subnet. I can log into the website ok but when I try to stream the video in H.264 I get an "unknown" error or sometimes a "login" error. I can stream the video from the device over our WAN to a different subnet no issues though. On the same subnet using the "Video Viewer" application and UDP I can get a very low res image to stream but not TCP and I get a "login error" Has anyone else had similar issue and if so what did you do to solve them? Thanks Jay

The DVR has a built in web server which allows configuration and viewing the live video feed. 11 hours ago, tomcctv said: You will only get a low cif image remotely..... you only have a D1 recorder When I connect to the web site over the WAN (different office with different subnet) the video feed is fine and I get quite a nice image. We have about 16 sites around the country. Each site has its own subnet. Over the WAN we can get 4cif no problems, image looks nice and clean. With in the same LAN (same site) we cannot get the video to load using the web browser or the Video Viewer application.
JazzyJay 0 Posted February 4, 2019 I am wondering if this is an issue with Internet explorer's security zone settings?
tomcctv 190 Posted February 4, 2019 Sounds more like a local port problem how are you accessing your dvr locally
JazzyJay 0 Posted February 4, 2019 Locally we have a monitor plugged directly into the device. As previously mentioned, I did manage to get the video playing in the Video Viewer application using UDP, but very low quality.
