eternity575 0 Posted February 18, 2019 it's an IP cam.. trying moving it to other channels.. nothing... and yes it's a hybrid.. can't move it to 8 as it's analog..
tomcctv 190 Posted February 18, 2019 Yes I see it’s a hybrid ... why can you not move it to 8 also have you clicked on the N with right mouse button to see if gives you options
eternity575 0 Posted February 18, 2019 because 8 is an analog channel... cant use it with ip cameras... no options or config. when i click/hover
tomcctv 190 Posted February 18, 2019 Does your unit have bnc and poe on the back also what ip camera are you using
eternity575 0 Posted February 18, 2019 Just BNC, no rj45 except for the one going to the router. it's happening to me with all kinds of cameras, reolink, techage everytime it's a different one... not the same channel.
tomcctv 190 Posted February 18, 2019 Have the cameras ever shown on your recorder how are you connecting the ip camera .... with a switch or from your router
eternity575 0 Posted February 18, 2019 Yes they did... there was a power outage and since then.. problems... ip cameras are connected via router, with mac binding to specific ip's

I don’t understand why you can’t mover your camera to 8 ..... but can you configure it to another channel
eternity575 0 Posted February 19, 2019 channels 1-8 are analog only (via BNC) and 9-16 are IP cams.. tried moving it around to 10-12 etc... no result..
tomcctv 190 Posted February 19, 2019 Symbols mean network camera loss when you say can see camera on app is that camera been added to the app or direct from recorder so your recorder only has 8 bnc inputs ? what size HD cameras are you using and how many
eternity575 0 Posted February 20, 2019 First thank you for your help.... ok.. 1) I can see the camera via yoosee app, camera was added by the software, the NVR can also "see" it in the list but it wont connect (showing what i have shown you) 2) recorder got 16 bnc inputs incase i need it as a dvr only 3) ranging between 2mp to 5mp depending on the position.. so far 5 cameras, but since i moved from no-brand 30$ cameras to reolink i get better results.. thanks again
jacky 0 Posted April 9, 2019 N means NTSC P means PAL the picture means your NVR is working with PAL, but ip camera is working with NTSC(N), so just click on the "XN", it will change N to P automatically.
