kostikas 0 Posted February 23, 2019 i have 4 cameras i bought from gearbest the set https://www.gearbest.com/surveillance-camera-system/pp_1253461.html first i thought i put the bnc that was for camera to the dvr but this was all right the hard dsik is ok now i think maybe was wrong to put the bnc to the back of the dvr while this was powered on i dont know what to do really
tomcctv 190 Posted February 23, 2019 Hi. Your link does not work . what size is your power supply and how long are your cables . some of the floureon systems come with two power adapters but look the same 1 is 4amp and the other is only 2amp ........ Have you got them mixed up 2amp is for recorder and the 4 amp is to power cameras
kostikas 0 Posted February 23, 2019 i dont have them near me they look the same but i changed them for sure i put the one to dvr and the other to cameras and viseversa the cables are 18 metres long it was all in the kit https://www.gearbest.com/surveillance-camera-system/pp_1253461.html
tomcctv 190 Posted February 23, 2019 One more test ....... Remove the pigtail power lead and just plug one camera direct into camera ..... If that does not work then you have a faulty unit if your seeing the menus on your screen but not cameras then it's not out of range
kostikas 0 Posted February 25, 2019 what do you mean.remove all cameras from the back?and leave only one bnc from one camera?but i must give voltage to this camera from one of the 4 jacks that are available in the power supply of the cameras.right?
tomcctv 190 Posted February 25, 2019 Hi. Only have 1 camera connected to dvr and only plug the power supply into that camera without the cat tail
