login timeout

Hi,

 

I have one AVT H.264 16 channel network DVR, after I configure the LAN IP address, DDNS and port forwarding, I can access the DVR from internal and internet. However, sometimes the error "login timeout" will be occured, I cannot access it both internal and internet, try on many computer (Windows XP with IE 7, Win 7 32 & 64 bit with IE 9) and I need to restart the DVR. After that I can access DVR normally. So, anyone can advice me how to troubleshoot the error, it happen frequently

Hi. You need to change your nvrs IP address to 192.168.50.20

and gateway 192.168.50.1
