Craig74 0 Posted March 8, 2019 Hi can anybody help please I have an MVPower HD CCTV H.264 I've removed the battery and it has reset the time and date but not allowing me to reset the password and username account details it comes up admin in username and blank password section any help would be greatly appreciated find attached a picture of my device. PaulSCR 0 Posted March 8, 2019 I don't know this DVR Brand but normally, you can try pressing the reset key of DVR's mainboard for 10 seconds. If everything goes fine, you will hear a sound of buzzer. Then you can reset your password of your DVR. I hope it could help you solve your problem. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
