lusito92 0 Posted March 27, 2019 Hello guys Im having trouble connecting my camera using the software Smart PSS, im using the method NS (P2P) but is not working in my computer i always get the error "Failed to connected serial number" I'm not sure what i am doing wrong since I can connected using my ISP address, and i also using SN in my iphone without any issues.
