QVIS I-smart Rest or Recover password

Hi everyone

I was hoping for some assistance.  

I am trying to access some video on my Qvis I-Smart 4bb DVR. 

This system was set up by someone I cannot get in touch with and when I tried to access the menu I got the password required.

However, I cannot remember the password.

I have tried the default Admin admin, but no Joy.

 

anyone able to offer a reset or recovery password -  today's date is 03-04-2019?

Hi default user name is admin and password is 888888 for that unit 

 

also bb means no hard drive .... have you fitted one ?

I have just tried the default password you provided on admin user but says invalid password.

there is also a user 888888 tried that password with that and still no joy.

with regard to the hard drive - the system I think had a 1tb installed when they fitted the system.

Hi. You need to switch off your unit for more than 20 mins .......then try the default if that does not work enter 

 

username ........admin

password ..........026464
