PTZ camera orientation is off

Hello I purchased a Hikvision DS-2DE4A425IW-DE PTZ camera and have installed it on a wall. When I am viewing the camera in live view the rotation is off by about 80 degrees. I am able to play with the pan and tilt to level it out but when I try to move it around its completely off orientation and instead of the right arrow moving the camera to the right, it will tilt it upward. I have gone through all the settings I can think of but can't figure it out. I have a LaView  LV-N9608C8E NVR.

Thank you, I went into the camera menu but it doesn't have rotate mode as an option

Dave, I have a 2132 I which is similar, I believe. Look under configuration, advanced configuration/video adjustment/ there should be settings for mirror and rotate. Be sure and use Internet explorer or chrome with IE tab browser.
