Abed 0 Posted May 10, 2019 Hi Good day! I recently installed a Cctv cameras on hardware. It was succesfully installed but i cant connect it through internet for remote viewing. When i check the network settings it says an error: IP, Subnet mask,Gateway does not match IP: 192.168.1.15 Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.1.1 Please help me what to do. 51cent 8 Posted May 10, 2019 You need your external ip address, those are your local ip address. You need to forward correct ports on your dvr. https://portforward.com/ https://www.canyouseeme.org/ Be aware that forwarding ports opens your system up to the internet and hackers.
