Upgrade old AHD DVR and Cameras

Hi,

I had old AHD DVR and Cameras (brand: BRYAN Security)

DVR Model: BR-U2108HD - Cameras are HD

I am not expert on surveillance camera and would like to get your advise please to:

- Upgrade DVR to either XVR or NVR (whichever is working with existing cables/wiring).

- Upgrade Cameras for better/higher resolution view (FHD) - 2MP or above (Zoom, night vision).

If you will help me with a link, it will be highly appreciated.
